Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Klaviyo. Managed accounts through a domain migration, a supply chain attack causing suspension, and a full non-brand search pivot.
Designed and owns the full stack: Shopify + NetSuite + GA4 + BigQuery + HubSpot. UTM governance, CRM strategy, ecomm pipelines, and platform integration specs.
Industrial ductwork ships LTL freight — not parcel. Built a custom FedEx Freight API integration for real-time LTL rate shopping directly in Shopify checkout. Implemented OAuth authentication, freight class logic, NMFC code mapping, dimensional weight calculations, and live carrier rate calls. Also integrated HubSpot CRM for customer and order data sync. Designed the full brand identity and logo from scratch.

The company had zero attribution data. Built the entire stack: GA4 custom event schema, GTM configuration, hidden UTM capture on quote forms, Shopify customer profile UTM logging, custom backend pipeline to BigQuery, Google Cloud automated validation, and cross-platform dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI. Also managed Google Ads through a domain migration, a polyfill.io supply chain attack that caused account suspension, and a full pivot to non-brand search.
